Paul Frank is a designer from Southern California.... this company has a lot of success and they make clothes for the whole family. But I think it's cutest for little boys! They are now selling it at Target! And they have been putting a lot of these items on clearance. So I got Brody a lime green Paul Frank tee for like 2.50 and it's cute on him!
